Please read carefully before placing your order
By paying a deposit or the full order amount, the customer confirms the booking and acknowledges full acceptance of Vanillaro’s Terms & Conditions. Once payment is received, the requested date, time, and production capacity may be reserved specifically for that order.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after a deposit or full payment has been successfully received. Payment confirms the customer’s intention to proceed and authorizes Vanillaro to reserve production time, staffing, scheduling, and in some cases ingredient purchasing.
2. Cancellation Policy – Catering & Buffet
- More than 10 days before the event: Full refund
- Within 10 days: 50% retained
- Within 3 days: No refund
This policy reflects operational losses, including reserved time, limited booking availability, and purchased ingredients.
3. Cancellation Policy – Finger Food Platters
- More than 3 days before: Full refund
- Less than 3 days but more than 24 hours: 50% retained
- Within 24 hours: No refund
4. Force Majeure
In exceptional circumstances such as war, flooding, natural disasters, or government restrictions, cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the event will not incur deductions.
Instead of a cash refund, the amount will be issued as transferable store credit valid for 6 months.
5. Presentation & Display
Final styling and presentation may vary depending on the venue, setup conditions, lighting, and available equipment. These variations do not constitute a service defect as long as agreed items and quantities are delivered.
6. Service Ware & Equipment
Serving equipment is provided based on the selected menu and event requirements. Full cutlery or additional items are not automatically included unless agreed in advance.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate event details including date, time, location, and access conditions. Vanillaro is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information or venue restrictions.
8. Order Changes
Changes to confirmed orders are subject to feasibility, timing, and availability. Vanillaro reserves the right to accept or decline modifications.
9. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By making a payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
